In front of nearly 300,000 spectators, Audi celebrated its 13th win at the 82nd 24 Hours of Le Mans on Sunday.

Creating the Audi Sport quattro concept
Designing the Audi Sport quattro concept car took passion and creativity that was only achievable by hand. ‘The progress of design’ film highlights how each mark on the designer’s page was thoughtfully brought to life.
The challenge began in Munich, reinterpreting the original Audi Sport quattro to bring it into 2014. With a 30-year legacy, it was important to make sure its defining credentials shone through, while bringing innovative new technology on board.
The big task: transforming initial thoughts on paper into a 3D sculpture that’s both beautiful and functional. Watch the video to see the intriguing story.
Audi A8: Sees the imperceptible
When driving along unlit roads at night, it can be difficult to see pedestrians or animals ahead. Night vision assistance technology in the new Audi A8 detects heat sources ahead, using an infrared thermal imaging camera mounted in the front grill.
A live camera image is featured on the Driver Information System showing potential hazards in the car’s path, highlighted in red to alert the driver.

Audi A8 - Intelligent lighting technology
Our innovative new Matrix LED technology is now available on the Audi A8, anticipating and reacting constantly to light sources on the road. So it’s reassuring to know that the full-time high beam gives you bright illumination, and automatically dims sections of the headlight whenoncoming traffic approaches to avoid dazzling other drivers.
When cornering, the LEDs also intuitively brighten or dim to shift focus along the curve of the road, and help you to turn safely. These headlights give the car an unmistakable appearance during the day, and significantly reduce eye-strain when driving at night.
The new Audi TT
The third generation Audi TT is here. Firmly grounded in ideas from the first generation model launched in 1998, the newest version maintains the same unconventional approach to design, with a more refined edge.
Featuring pioneering Matrix LED technology and the new Audi virtual cockpit, there’s much more to its sharp and dramatic design than first meets the eye.
